Rolex Watches Gold Price
As a part of its newly established Cellini collection, Rolex has premiered its novel Dual Time model of classical elegance. This understated timepiece includes an indication for the second time zone (with its own day/night indicator), as its name suggests. Each of the featured functions is enabled by an in-house self-winding mechanical movement. The watch is fitted into the smaller sized 39 mm wide housing and features a distinctive double bezel which is the recognizable trait of the new series. Rolex Cellini Dual Time has an elegant sunray guilloche motif on its dial and comes in either silver or black color. Both dial colors can be matched with either white or Everose gold casing. The price of the restrained dress watch by Rolex is set to $20, 975.
At this year’s Baselworld 2014, Rolex has enriched its palette of products with the new Cellini line that celebrates traditional values and presents formal looking high-end timekeepers. Dual Time is one of three initial models from the collection. By the way, the entire collection is named after the famed Italian sculptor and goldsmith from the Renaissance. The name is chosen symbolically since the collection returns to the brand’s heritage and classical values that have been, in a way, slightly abandoned during the last few years. One of the most distinctive traits of all the Cellini newcomers, which is also visible in Dual Time timepiece, is the presence of a specific looking bezel which consists of two parts. While the inner part is domed, the other segment is notably fluted. Moreover, the case of the novel model is made in white or the Rolex’s typical Everose red gold. Despite the material, the housing has polished finish and the diameter of 39 mm, while its rear side is domed, which is another subtle classical feature.
Beneath the domed sapphire crystal of the timepiece lies an understated dial with a sunray guilloche motif. Made without any excessive details, but still looking highly appealing, it includes hour markers and hands made of 18 K gold. The second time sub-dial is placed at the bottom of the face and made with Arabic numerals. It has a small aperture which shows either sun or moon and indicates whether it is day or night in that time zone.
